Completely new facilities, proximity to train station, charming exterior design

The heating system could use improvement to maintain a comfortable temperature!!! The lift experience was concerning, with embarrassing delays that could be avoided with better maintenance. Small touches like additional toilet paper would enhance guest satisfaction!!!

the location is somewhat far from the tourist attractions, a good 25-minute walk, so pack your walking shoes, I guess. I also found the breakfast outrageously expensive at €25, which I couldn't justify. they could've at least offered complimentary snacks to offset the prices, but clearly, that was too much to expect. almost gave a better review, but I just couldn’t.

Consider utilizing the lovely garden restaurant for evening meals. it offers great cuisine and a shady atmosphere perfect for warm weather.

The room was gorgeous, man! Facilities were lekker and super comfy. Walking everywhere was easy – everything close by, ja! The staff were so friendly, like chommies, always keen to help. Brekkie was top-notch, really enjoyed it!

Just a top selection for a weekend breather in Salzburg with best value. My room felt more like an apartment than a hotel room, really spacious! Be prepared for a short walk to the tourist spots.

I really enjoyed my stay. the breakfast was delightful and the free Wi-Fi worked well, but I found the elevator issues a bit bothersome. I'd stay there again for sure!

my stay was amazing, as it was only a short stroll of about 10 minutes to the lovely Mirabell Palace gardens and a further 15 minutes to reach the historic Old Town, making it perfect for exploring on foot and soaking in the sights of Salzburg.

The room was spacious and comfortable, but the shower fluctuated temperatures upset my routine.

I stayed in a Cozy Business Double Room for one night, and it was stylish and comfortable. The room had a modern design with great storage options and a mini fridge. The bed was super comfy, perfect after a long day. I loved the bathroom—big and well-designed with excellent toiletries. Plus, the room had nice calming aromas that set a pleasant vibe. Just wish the heating was a touch better at times. a solid experience!
